At Happy Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certificates, appraisals, and the original sales receipt to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
